Amy Schimmel

Amy Schimmel dirige le développement pour la marque grand public d'IHG au Colorado, au Nouveau-Mexique, en Utah et dans le Wyoming.  Amy a 28 ans d'expérience dans le secteur hôtelier, avec cinq ans d'expérience de travail avec IHG, à commencer en tant que directrice régionale des améliorations des établissements, puis en rejoignant l'équipe de développement de la franchise en tant que responsable du développement commercial où elle a contribué à la croissance d'IHG de la marque aux États-Unis. Elle a ensuite développé ses compétences en vente de franchise en tant que directrice régionale des ventes de franchise chez Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, chargée de la vente de leur marque à service complet dans la zone centrale des États-Unis.  Elle a récemment été directrice des ventes de franchise chez Best Western où elle a vendu ses longs séjour pour l'ensemble de l'ouest des États-Unis  Amy a rejoint l'équipe de développement d'IHG et est heureuse d'assumer son rôle en tant que directrice régionale des États de la montagne.  Elle et sa famille appellent Colorado accueil.

Kevin Schramm

Kevin leads the team focused on increasing distribution of IHG’s mainstream brands throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to joining IHG, he was Vice President, Real Estate and Development, for Hyatt Corporation, where he oversaw development and franchising for Hyatt’s select service and extended stay brands in 17 states and Canada. Previously, he was Senior Director of Franchising for Wyndham Worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was managing partner of a restaurant/bar concept in Houston, Texas. Kevin attended the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, where he majored in finance and played baseball. Outside the office, he enjoys living in California—surfing, golfing, biking, and just being at the beach.

David Self

David works closely with hotel owners to expand the footprint of IHG’s Essentials & Suites Brands across Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Prior to joining IHG, he spent nearly 15 years in Franchise Development for Choice Hotels International in the Upper Midwest, Texas, and Southeast Regions. David holds a BA in Business & Economics from Wheaton College, near Chicago. Outside the office, he's always ready for a pickup basketball game and enjoys hunting for his next favorite band. Above all, he adores spending time with his family.

Alex Shamsuddin

Justin Shapiro

justin shapiro est le Director of Mainstream développement pour IHG, supervisant des projets dans le New Jersey, le Maryland, le Delaware et Washington DC Dans le cadre de son rôle, Just propose des efforts de développement pour les enseignes grand public d’IHG, notamment Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, avid hotels, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, Garner et Atwell Suites.

Depuis qu'il a rejoint IHG en 2023, justin a mis à profit sa solide expérience en technologie grâce à son travail avec des jeunes entreprises dans le domaine de la haute technologie et son expérience en tant que consultant Cognizant. Son précédent poste de Business Development Manager pour IHG l’a placé comme un acteur essentiel dans l’expansion et la croissance d’IHG au sein de ces marchés clés.

Elizabeth Shults

Elizabeth soutient le développement de la marque principale d'IHG et les activités de croissance pour le Midwest. Elizabeth est titulaire d'un diplôme en communications et en entreprenariat de l'Université du Michigan et vit actuellement à Chicago. Elle adore voyager, être active, cuisiner, essayer de nouveaux restaurants et tout ce qui est sportif dans le Michigan et à Detroit.

Andrzej Szymczyk

Andrzej Szymczyk is Development Director for Poland & Eastern Europe at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for leading and growing IHG’s portfolio through franchise and management agreements.

Andrzej has over 15 years of extensive international experience in the hospitality industry across various hotel departments, especially in large hotel groups as well as independent hotels covering a large variety of property types. He is well positioned to help owners optimise their asset and recommending the most appropriate brand and design solutions for their properties.

Matthew Tripolone

Matthew Tripolone is Managing Director - Australasia & Pacific at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the company’s strategic growth, performance and operations in the Australasia & Pacific region.

Matthew was previously based in Dubai as Vice President of Development for IHG’s Middle East & Africa region since 2018, where he built and led the team that signed 17,000 keys, delivering unparalleled growth and signings for the Group, including the first Kimpton in MEA, and the world’s largest Crowne Plaza and voco hotels in the world.

Prior to that, Matthew headed development for IHG in Australasia & Japan, where he was responsible for IHG’s growth and doubled the annual signings, including iconic properties including InterContinental Perth, Crowne Plaza Christchurch, Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour and InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, as well as the renewal of several strategic portfolios for the group.

He joined IHG in 2014 from Accor Hotels where he held the role of General Manager, Development – Pacific, since 2008. Prior to that Matthew has worked for a number of leading real estate and advisory companies specialising in development, planning and site acquisition.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Sydney.

Yuri Tsujimoto

Yuri Tsujimoto est directeur du développement pour le Japon chez IHG^®, l'un des premiers groupes hôteliers au monde. Elle est responsable du développement et de la croissance du portefeuille de l'enseigne IHG au Japon. 

Yuri has more than a decade of experience in hotel industry. Before joining IHG in 2022, she was Development Manager at Hilton, where she supported the signing of major portfolios in Japan. Prior to that she held roles in e-commerce strategy at Hilton and at Ishin Hotels Group, where she started her hospitality career as a management trainee.

Yuri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Los Angeles in the U.S.
