Greg Childs

Greg Childs è Direttore Sviluppo per il Regno Unito e l'Irlanda presso IHG^®, una delle aziende alberghiere leader a livello mondiale. È responsabile della crescita delle opportunità di sviluppo di IHG che comprendono opportunità di lusso, di alto livello e mainstream attraverso strutture gestite e in franchising in uno dei principali mercati globali di IHG.

Prima di entrare in IHG, Greg è stato Executive Vice President nel team JLL Hotels & Hospitality, con particolare attenzione alla selezione degli operatori alberghieri, alla negoziazione dei contratti e alla consulenza sullo sviluppo. 

Vanta oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel settore dell'ospitalità, avendo fornito consulenza a numerosi clienti in materia di sviluppo e investimenti di hotel nelle regioni EMEA. Durante la sua carriera, Greg è stato coinvolto in investimenti e consulenza per progetti alberghieri che vanno dagli hotel economici ai principali resort a uso misto e agli hotel di lusso di prim'ordine. 

Greg ha conseguito un Master in Real Estate Management presso l'Università di Exeter ed è socio della Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Margaret Crowell

Margaret supports the development of IHG’s Luxury, Lifestyle, & Premium brands and growth initiatives across the Western region of the USA and Canada. Prior to joining the Development team, Margaret gained valuable experience as a member of IHG’s market planning and feasibility team where she supported the Western USA and MLAC regions. Before joining IHG,  Margaret graduated from Cornell University with her Master’s of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell Johnson School of Business and Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In her free time, Margaret enjoys the outdoors, traveling to new places and listening to live music.

Jaideep Dang

Jaideep Dang è Head of Development for South West Asia presso IHG Hotels & Resorts, responsabile della strategia di crescita di IHG in tutte le regioni.

Jaideep porta con sé oltre 22 anni di esperienza profonda e diversificata nei settori dell'ospitalità e dell'immobiliare, con una comprovata esperienza nel fornire risultati in tutte le aree geografiche. Entra in IHG da JLL India, dove, in qualità di Managing Director – Hotels & Hospitality Group, ha guidato l'attività di consulenza e transazioni per l'India e l'Asia meridionale. Prima di JLL, Jaideep ha trascorso otto anni presso il Gruppo Oberoi in qualità di Senior Vice President, Strategic sviluppo.

François de Laveaucoupet

François de Laveaucoupet is the Development Director for Europe at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the development & growth of IHG’s brand portfolio across France.

Francois brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality property investment and hotel acquisition. Prior to IHG, he was most recently the Senior Vice President of Investment at GCP Hospitality where he was responsible for leading the hotel investment strategy in the Europe and Asia Pacific hospitality real estate markets. He participated in the acquisition of over 25 hotels around the world representing more than USD 2.5B in face value.

Francois holds a Masters in Finance from the ESSCA Business School.

Shaun Dubash

Shaun Dubash is Senior Director of Development for Middle East & Africa at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for growing IHG’s brand distribution through franchise and management agreements across strategic MEA markets including the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, major African markets and Pakistan.

Shaun has over 10 years’ experience in the hotel development industry and MEA region, where he has cultivated strong owner relationships and has been exposed to a variety of hotel development projects. He is well-versed in understanding owner objectives and delivering tailored deal solutions for various project types, from new build to conversion projects.

Camil El Chantiry

Camil El Chantiry è lo sviluppo Manager for the Middle East & Africa regioni di IHG® Hotels & Resorts, una delle aziende alberghiere leader a livello mondiale. Ha sede a Riyadh ed è un socio principale del team responsabile dello sviluppo del marchio IHG in Arabia Saudita.

Prima di entrare in IHG, Camil ha maturato una vasta esperienza nella consulenza gestionale in varie aziende, dove ha sviluppato una profonda conoscenza dell'ecosistema turistico in KSA.

Camil ha conseguito una laurea in reparto ingegneristico presso l'Università americana di Beirut e un Master in International Business presso la Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Francia.

Estefania Fausto

Estefania joined IHG in 2013 as an assistant in Development upon graduating from Universidad de Guadalajara with a degree in tourism administration. As a business development manager, she supports franchise sales and development in Mexico for the growth of all brands across the country. Her duties also include driving strategic negotiations of all retentions in Mexico, Latin America & the Caribbean. Estefania is originally from California but moved to Mexico at the age of 5. She enjoys soccer, painting, discovering new restaurants, and traveling with her daughters and partner. 

Alexis Feuillat

Alexis Feuillat is the Development Director for CIS, Türkiye & Israel at IHG^®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the expansion of IHG’s brand portfolio in the CIS, Türkiye & Israel region through franchise and management agreements. Since joining IHG in 2018, Alexis has secured over 20 projects across conversion and new built hotels, building long-term relationships with owners and expanding IHG’s footprint in new territories.

Prior to IHG, Alexis was the Director for Development with Accor Hotels, where he first started as Project Manager in the Technical department for hotel projects, including design, construction, engineering, equipment and opening.

Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University and a Master’s degree in CIS study from National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations.
