Greg Childs

Greg Childs es director de desarrollo para Reino Unido e Irlanda en IHG^®, una de las empresas hoteleras líderes a nivel mundial. Es responsable de hacer crecer las oportunidades de desarrollo de IHG que abarcan oportunidades de lujo, de alto nivel y convencionales a través de estructuras de acuerdos administrados y de franquicia en uno de los mercados globales clave de IHG.

Antes de unirse a IHG, Greg fue vicepresidente ejecutivo del equipo de JLL Hotels & Hospitality con un enfoque específico en la selección de operadores hoteleros, negociación de contratos y asesoramiento de desarrollo. 

Cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en el sector hotelero, habiendo asesorado a numerosos clientes en desarrollos e inversiones hoteleras en todas las regiones EMEA. Durante su carrera, Greg ha participado en trabajos de inversión y asesoramiento para proyectos hoteleros que abarcan desde hoteles económicos hasta grandes complejos turísticos de uso mixto y hoteles de lujo de primer nivel. 

Greg tiene una maestría en Gestión Inmobiliaria de la Universidad de Exeter y es socio del Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Margaret Crowell

Margaret supports the development of IHG’s Luxury, Lifestyle, & Premium brands and growth initiatives across the Western region of the USA and Canada. Prior to joining the Development team, Margaret gained valuable experience as a member of IHG’s market planning and feasibility team where she supported the Western USA and MLAC regions. Before joining IHG,  Margaret graduated from Cornell University with her Master’s of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell Johnson School of Business and Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In her free time, Margaret enjoys the outdoors, traveling to new places and listening to live music.

Jaideep Dang

Jaideep Dang es el jefe de desarrollo para el suroeste de Asia en IHG Hotels & Resorts, responsable de impulsar la estrategia de crecimiento de IHG en las regiones.

Jaideep aporta más de 22 años de experiencia profunda y diversa en los sectores de la hospitalidad y el sector inmobiliario, con un historial comprobado de obtención de resultados en todas las geografías. Se une a IHG procedente de JLL India, donde, como Director General del Grupo de Hoteles y Hospitalidad, dirigió el negocio de asesoramiento y transacciones para India y el sur de Asia. Bajo su liderazgo, la empresa estableció una posición líder en el mercado de ventas de inversiones hoteleras y construyó un equipo sólido y de alto rendimiento reconocido por brindar asesoramiento excepcional sobre viabilidad de proyectos hoteleros, valoraciones, contratos de operación y estrategias de desarrollo. Antes de incorporarse a JLL, Jaideep trabajó durante ocho años en The Oberoi Group como vicepresidente sénior de desarrollo estratégico.

François de Laveaucoupet

François de Laveaucoupet is the Development Director for Europe at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the development & growth of IHG’s brand portfolio across France.

Francois brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality property investment and hotel acquisition. Prior to IHG, he was most recently the Senior Vice President of Investment at GCP Hospitality where he was responsible for leading the hotel investment strategy in the Europe and Asia Pacific hospitality real estate markets. He participated in the acquisition of over 25 hotels around the world representing more than USD 2.5B in face value.

Francois holds a Masters in Finance from the ESSCA Business School.

Trong Khoa Dinh

Trong Khoa Dinh es el director de desarrollo para el Sudeste Asiático y Corea en IHG®, una de las empresas hoteleras líderes del mundo. Es responsable del desarrollo y crecimiento de la marca cartera de IHG en el sudeste asiático y Corea, particularmente en Vietnam.

Shaun Dubash

Shaun Dubash is Senior Director of Development for Middle East & Africa at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for growing IHG’s brand distribution through franchise and management agreements across strategic MEA markets including the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, major African markets and Pakistan.

Shaun has over 10 years’ experience in the hotel development industry and MEA region, where he has cultivated strong owner relationships and has been exposed to a variety of hotel development projects. He is well-versed in understanding owner objectives and delivering tailored deal solutions for various project types, from new build to conversion projects.

Camil El Chantiry

Camil El Chantiry es Gerente de Desarrollo para las regiones de Medio Oriente y África en IHG® Hotels & Resorts, una de las compañías hoteleras líderes a nivel mundial. Tiene su sede en Riad y es un socio clave del equipo responsable del desarrollo de la marca de IHG en Arabia Saudita.

Antes de unirse a IHG, Camil adquirió una amplia experiencia en consultoría de gestión en varias empresas, donde desarrolló un profundo conocimiento del ecosistema turístico en Arabia Saudita.

Camil obtuvo una licenciatura en ingeniería de la Universidad Americana de Beirut y tiene una Maestría en Negocios Internacionales de Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Francia.

Estefania Fausto

Estefania joined IHG in 2013 as an assistant in Development upon graduating from Universidad de Guadalajara with a degree in tourism administration. As a business development manager, she supports franchise sales and development in Mexico for the growth of all brands across the country. Her duties also include driving strategic negotiations of all retentions in Mexico, Latin America & the Caribbean. Estefania is originally from California but moved to Mexico at the age of 5. She enjoys soccer, painting, discovering new restaurants, and traveling with her daughters and partner. 

Alexis Feuillat

Alexis Feuillat is the Development Director for CIS, Türkiye & Israel at IHG^®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the expansion of IHG’s brand portfolio in the CIS, Türkiye & Israel region through franchise and management agreements. Since joining IHG in 2018, Alexis has secured over 20 projects across conversion and new built hotels, building long-term relationships with owners and expanding IHG’s footprint in new territories.

Prior to IHG, Alexis was the Director for Development with Accor Hotels, where he first started as Project Manager in the Technical department for hotel projects, including design, construction, engineering, equipment and opening.

Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University and a Master’s degree in CIS study from National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations.
