Elizabeth supports the development of IHG’s Mainstream brands and growth activities for the Midwest. Elizabeth holds a degree in Communications and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan and currently lives in Chicago. She loves traveling, being active, cooking, trying new restaurants, and all things Michigan and Detroit sports.
Shawn P. Siemers
Shawn steers the expansion of IHG’s mainstream brands in the Eastern Unites States. Since joining IHG in 1991, Shawn has excelled in various roles within the company, including Director of Franchise Services, Senior Area Franchise Manager, New Hotel Opening Manager, and Corporate Trainer. Based in Lafayette, Indiana, the home of his alma mater, Purdue University, Shawn is a die-hard Boilermakers football fan and Major League Baseball enthusiast, having visited 27 of the 30 professional ballparks. When he’s not catching a game, you can find him on the farm making pure maple syrup or at sea fishing for sharks.

Deepshikha Sinha supports the development of IHG’s Luxury, Lifestyle & Premium brands across the Northeastern region of the US (NY, NJ, CT, RI and NH). She has been with IHG since 2018, initially contributing to the Investment Analysis team before transitioning to the Development team in 2021.
Prior to joining IHG, Deepshikha served as Senior Manager, Feasibility & Investment Analysis for Jumeirah Group, where she led diverse projects ranging from single asset developments to mixed-use and integrated tourism complexes. Her extensive career has seen her work on hospitality projects across five continents and reside in over 18 different cities, providing her with a broad and nuanced understanding of global hospitality markets.
Deepshikha holds a Master of Management in Hospitality (M.M.H) with a focus on Real Estate Finance & Investments from Cornell University. She is fluent in both English and Hindi, and in her free time, she enjoys embarking on road trips to explore new destinations.

Anto supports the franchise sales and development strategy for IHG’s mainstream brands throughout Canada. Prior to joining the development team, Anto helped IHG hotels in the Canadian market grow their sales and revenues as Regional Sales Director. With over 25 years of hotel and hospitality experience, Anto has held roles within operations, sales, and food and beverage in hotels throughout Canada. Additionally, he has taught at the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism at Humber College in Toronto. Anto attended Sheridan College, where he majored in Business Administration–Marketing. A Toronto loyalist, Anto lives just outside the city and loves the local sports scene, especially the Raptors, Maple Leafs, and UFC.

Mark is responsible for overseeing IHG's Mainstream Development across the Western Region. Before becoming Regional Vice President, Mark spearheaded the development of new construction and conversion opportunities across the Great Plains region and metropolitan Kansas City. Prior to joining IHG, Mark was Director of Franchise Sales for Choice Hotels International. Mark has a BS in Business Administration and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. When life calls for rest and relaxation, Mark spends time at the lake with his family and their golden retriever, Annie.
Michael Zouroudis
Michael works closely with hotel owners to expand the footprint of IHG’s Essentials & Suites Brands across the Southeastern US region, including Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Prior to joining IHG, Michael was Regional Vice President of development in the southeast for Choice Hotels. He was an award-winning performer, including Developer of the Year, over multiple years during his time with Choice. He and his wife Jennifer have an 8-month old daughter Kathryn. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and camping as a family.
