جريج تشايلدز

يشغل جريج تشايلدز منصب مدير التطوير في المملكة المتحدة وأيرلندا لدى^®IHG، وهي إحدى الشركات الفندقية الرائدة في العالم. وهو مسؤول عن تنمية فرص التطوير في مجموعة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال IHG التي تشمل الفخامة والفرص الراقية والسائدة من خلال هياكل الصفقات المدارة ومنح الامتياز في أحد الأسواق العالمية الرئيسية لمجموعة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال IHG.

قبل الانضمام إلى IHG ، كان جريج نائب الرئيس التنفيذي في فريق الفنادق والضيافة مع التركيز بشكل خاص على اختيار الفنادق والتفاوض على العقود وتطوير الاستشارات. 

يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 20 عامًا في قطاع الضيافة ، حيث قدم المشورة للعديد من العملاء بشأن التطوير الفندقي والاستثمارات في جميع أنحاء مناطق أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. خلال مسيرته المهنية ، شارك جريج في العمل الاستثماري والاستشاري لمخططات الفنادق التي تتراوح من الفنادق ذات الميزانية المحدودة إلى المنتجعات الرئيسية في متنوع والفنادق الفاخرة الرئيسية. 

يحمل جريج درجة الماجستير في إدارة العقارات من جامعة إكستر وهو مشترك في المعهد الملكي للمساحين المعتمدين.

Margaret Crowell

Margaret supports the development of IHG’s Luxury, Lifestyle, & Premium brands and growth initiatives across the Western region of the USA and Canada. Prior to joining the Development team, Margaret gained valuable experience as a member of IHG’s market planning and feasibility team where she supported the Western USA and MLAC regions. Before joining IHG,  Margaret graduated from Cornell University with her Master’s of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell Johnson School of Business and Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In her free time, Margaret enjoys the outdoors, traveling to new places and listening to live music.

جايديب دانج هو رئيس قسم التطوير لجنوب غرب آسيا في فنادق ومنتجعات IHG ، وهو مسؤول عن قيادة استراتيجية نمو IHG في جميع المناطق.

يتمتع جايديب بخبرة تزيد عن 22 عامًا في قطاعي الضيافة والعقار ، مع سجل حافل من تحقيق النتائج عبر المناطق الجغرافية. وقد انضم إلى مجموعة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال IHG قادماً من شركة JLL India ، حيث تولى منصب المدير العام لمجموعة الفنادق والضيافة ، حيث قاد أعمال الاستشارات والمعاملات في الهند وجنوب آسيا. وتحت قيادته ، رسخت الشركة مكانة رائدة في السوق في مبيعات الاستثمار الفندقي ، وأنشأت فريقًا قويًا وعالي الأداء معترفًا به لتقديمه الاستشارات المتميزة حول جدوى مشاريع الفنادق ، والتقييمات ، وإدارة العقود ، وتطوير الاستراتيجيات. قبل انضمامه إلى جيه إل إل ، أمضى جايديب ثماني سنوات مع مجموعة أوبيروي كنائب أول لرئيس قسم التطوير الاستراتيجي.

François de Laveaucoupet

François de Laveaucoupet is the Development Director for Europe at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the development & growth of IHG’s brand portfolio across France.

Francois brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality property investment and hotel acquisition. Prior to IHG, he was most recently the Senior Vice President of Investment at GCP Hospitality where he was responsible for leading the hotel investment strategy in the Europe and Asia Pacific hospitality real estate markets. He participated in the acquisition of over 25 hotels around the world representing more than USD 2.5B in face value.

Francois holds a Masters in Finance from the ESSCA Business School.

Trong Khoa Dinh

ترونج خوا دينه هو مدير التطوير لجنوب شرق آسيا وكوريا في ®IHG، إحدى الشركات الفندقية الرائدة في العالم. وهو مسؤول عن تطوير ونمو مجموعة العلامات التجارية لمجموعة فنادق IHG في جنوب شرق آسيا وكوريا ، وخاصة في فيتنام.

Shaun Dubash

Shaun Dubash is Senior Director of Development for Middle East & Africa at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for growing IHG’s brand distribution through franchise and management agreements across strategic MEA markets including the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, major African markets and Pakistan.

Shaun has over 10 years’ experience in the hotel development industry and MEA region, where he has cultivated strong owner relationships and has been exposed to a variety of hotel development projects. He is well-versed in understanding owner objectives and delivering tailored deal solutions for various project types, from new build to conversion projects.

كميل الشنتيري

كميل الشنتري هو مدير التطوير في فنادق ومنتجعات ®IHG لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا ، وهي إحدى الشركات الفندقية الرائدة في العالم. يقيم في الرياض وهو عضو مشترك في الفريق المسؤول عن تطوير العلامة التجارية في مجموعة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال IHG في المملكة العربية السعودية.

قبل الانضمام إلى مجموعة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال IHG ، اكتسب كاميل خبرة واسعة في الاستشارات الإدارية عبر العديد من الشركات ، حيث طور فهماً عميقاً للنظام البيئي السياحي في المملكة العربية السعودية.

حصل كاميل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من الجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت وحصل على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال الدولية من كلية جرينوبل للدراسات العليا في إدارة الأعمال بفرنسا.

Estefania Fausto

Estefania joined IHG in 2013 as an assistant in Development upon graduating from Universidad de Guadalajara with a degree in tourism administration. As a business development manager, she supports franchise sales and development in Mexico for the growth of all brands across the country. Her duties also include driving strategic negotiations of all retentions in Mexico, Latin America & the Caribbean. Estefania is originally from California but moved to Mexico at the age of 5. She enjoys soccer, painting, discovering new restaurants, and traveling with her daughters and partner. 

Alexis Feuillat

Alexis Feuillat is the Development Director for CIS, Türkiye & Israel at IHG^®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. He is responsible for the expansion of IHG’s brand portfolio in the CIS, Türkiye & Israel region through franchise and management agreements. Since joining IHG in 2018, Alexis has secured over 20 projects across conversion and new built hotels, building long-term relationships with owners and expanding IHG’s footprint in new territories.

Prior to IHG, Alexis was the Director for Development with Accor Hotels, where he first started as Project Manager in the Technical department for hotel projects, including design, construction, engineering, equipment and opening.

Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University and a Master’s degree in CIS study from National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations.
