Will implements the long-term franchise distribution strategy for IHG’s mainstream brands in Georgia, South Carolina, the Florida panhandle, and the Caribbean. His responsibilities include driving the strategic placement of new-build and conversion hotels, maximizing the quality and scale of each property and forging relationships with franchisees in the market. Prior to IHG, Will developed his hotel industry expertise as Vice President for Access Point Financial, Inc.; Director of Franchise Development for the Wyndham Hotel Group; and Director of Franchise Development for US Franchise Systems. In a previous career, Will commercially fished king crab in the Bering Sea, seined for Salmon, and longlined Halibut in Alaska. When in need of excitement, Will travels, hits the slopes on his snowboard, and drives golf balls down the fairway.
