Holiday Inn

Brand standards

The Holiday Inn® reputation for growth wouldn’t be possible without the continued innovation of the brand. Open Lobby, which is now a brand standard, encourages more efficient use of the hotel’s public areas, helping to save design fees and minimise build costs. It is made up of three core elements:

  • Fresh contemporary design
  • ‘The Kitchen’ food & beverage philosophy
  • Great service, with colleagues trained to be true hosts

Meetings and events continue to be an important part of the Holiday Inn investment case, with each hotel catering for business meetings, social events and wedding.
