This midscale limited service hotel brand is designed with efficiency at its core. This is best demonstrated through the new Next Generation design, officially launched in 2016. Devised in line with consumer and investor insight it is tailored to meet the needs of today’s ‘smart travellers’ who favour simple, sleek, functional hotel design.
Design and construction of the brand is value engineered to reduce build costs and operating costs, supporting strong return on investment. Holiday Inn Express suits office conversions and modular construction.
