IHG Concerto is critical to the work we’re doing, blending core hotel applications into one seamless, powerful platform capable of enhancing the guest, owner and colleague experience. Included on the platform is our industry-leading Guest Reservation System (GRS), which in time will allow guests to easily select room characteristics to tailor their stays, with prices adjusting based on the attributes chosen so that owners generate maximum value from their hotel’s unique features.

This is just one element of a transformed booking experience that we are delivering at IHG, with other changes including more stay enhancement options, simpler rates, and using AI to improve the guest reservation experience and manage queries.

Our next generation mobile app launched in 2022 to further strengthen our mobile presence and enrich our loyalty offer.

Designed and built on decades of guest insights and knowledge, the new app’s upgraded architecture and integrated analytics are helping IHG provide a richer experience and gives us the ability to introduce new features, fast.
